Any information would be helpful at this point.
I recently strained the muscles between the shoulder blades/center of the upper back wile completing the accent/ racking portion of a set of squats. Problem being the squat felt good and strong except for this portion of the upper back. i was wondering what i could do to strengthen this area. Any advice is helpful

It sounds like you "hurt" your Traps. Maybe you have the rack set to high and you have to shrug your shoulders to get the bar racked OR you just have the bar misplaced on your back. Check out this video, it may help.

if you can switch your bars up do that , it will just need rest

Shrugs, lots of rowing with full ROM, and face pulls would be a great place to start.
