for fat loss:
20-25 min HIIT training
30-45 min brisk incline walking on treadmill
any opinions on which is more efficient?

Both are very effective.
Instead of brisk walking on the tread though, do a slow jog.
That will be much more effective.
Maybe alternate the two...

..or ramp up the incline on the treadmill so that you're working harder than you would at a flat walk...
