im bout to start up a new workout regiment thats gonna be brutal as **** and im looking to drop another 15 or so pounds of body fat and gain some muscle mass over the next 15 weeks or so, ill keep yal posted in my jounral

i was on offensive lineman, i played at about 290, in those pics im 240, so a hefty 50 pounds lighter
