Four plates at last!! :D

I think I kept looking down I think because I didn't want to drop the weight on the wood part of the platform. :drooling:

Also, 315lbs x 4

Great lift! I remember how good it felt the first time I hit 405. It's definitely a big milestone.

You definitely had some more in you too. Did you try and go heavier?

Thanks.

Didn't try to go heavier after that; I was pretty fried! Might have more in me, but the lift off always feels heavy. Once I'm at my knees I always make it for sure. Might try more at my next meet!

Good job, first time I hit 405, I thought I had 385 on the bar.

Once I figured out why it felt so heavy and I realized that three 45's, one 25, and two 10's on each side was 405, I took off the 25's and 10's and added a plate on each side, just so I could do 4pps.

Keep up the good work.

nice pull

Pft... it's photoshopped...

Haha just kidding! Nice work man! At 5'4 you should try pulling sumo!! The bar would barely have to leave the floor!

Awesome pull! Out of curiosity, would that shakiness disqualify ones lift in competition.

No, there was no downward motion or hitching. It would still be a good lift. :ninja:

Not bad, for a little guy! Hahah, just playing. Looking great. BW:lift ratio is nuts, keep it up!

Damn, strong lifting guys.

Very well done, it's amazing pulling for guys with your weight!

great job!

but according to rhodes it would have been more impressive if you weighed 405 and deadlifted 405.
