No shoes, on grass, standing start VS track spikes, on a track (duh), using blocks

I just timed myself a half-dozen times using the prior...I'm looking for a little hope <__<

You mean barefoot on grass vs. track spikes on track? I'm not an expert but it could potentially take .1 or .2 off your time right off the bat. Depends on the mechanics of your sprint really.

the second mentioned would be much better than the first. especially the standing vs. blocks, imo.

It would take a lot more than .2 off.

Humans nowadays aren't really that great at running barefoot.

and I'm pretty sure the 50 meter dash isn't a track event, but if you were to be timed with the blocks and everything...it could take off a BUNCH of time.

100M the shortest.....but times 40's are used as a sprint distance a lot of times.

on a track with spikes and fireing off blocks will amp your time by a VERY noticeable ammounthard to put a exact time in it would vary depending on your speed.
