i was wondering what you think of a diet like this to bulk
morning- 3 eggs, 1 slice cheese, 1 fruit, 3 slices whole grain bread
snack- 1/2 cup nuts, 1 fuit, milk
lunch- 10oz meat, 2 vegies, milk, some pasta or rice
before workout- protein shake
after workout- protein shake
dinner- 10oz beef, 2 vegies, some pasta or rice
snack- 1/2 cup nuts, 1 fruit, milk

i will be drinking about 1 gallon of water throughout the day and yeah some days might be switched up a tad bit but thats my main meal plan. what do you think?

Looks more like my cutting diet. How much do you weigh and how many calories is that throughout the day? That'll help determine at least a little bit more as to whether it's useful or not.

u really think so? im about 185-190 with about 15% bodyfat and im 5'11'. the nutrition i did on fit day and it comes out to about calories 4000, protein 340, carbs 290, and fats 140

Are you gaining weight? If not add more calories. Good choices and macros look fine.
