In case nobody's tried it. Nuke a sweet potato, or two (depending on how much you want, and how big the taters are). Scoop out the soft middle. Toss in the blender.
Add 1/2 cup milk (any kind) or 1/2 cup coconut milk (a TON of calories)
1 or 2 scoops vanilla whey
pumpkin pie spice, teaspoon or so (or cinnamon, alspice, tiny bit of cumin)
Blend and drink, tastes like pumpkin pie (or sweet potato pie if you've had it, but they taste similar).

Alternatively, you could warm the milk (just 1/4 cup for this), dissolve a gelatin packet in the warm milk, then blend together. Pour into a pie crust and stick it in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Presto, protein pumpkin pie (sweet potato pie).
