Hey guys, I am currently working on reducing my body fat % and I was wondering what kind of food to stay away from. Obviously I should stay away from greasy food like pizza, potato chips and such. Should I cut down on carbs and other such things? Thanks.

Cutting out bread, any food or drinks with sugar or high-fructose corn syrup, and too many starchy foods is a good place to start.

I have a question...

Generally speaking, if one were to eat at maintenance, or even above maintenance, but eat cleaner, would you progressively lower your body fat % without having to cut?

Yes. You would be moreso promoting muscle mass increase with clean foods rather than eating twinkies that will go straight to glucose and get stored as fat.
