Westside front/zercher squat harness

we got one this week and this thing is just great. Makes both front and zercher squats a breeze. Very well made, and very comfortable. Heres a vid of me squatting 500 (475 bar weight and 27lbs for the harness) in the front squat position.

Glad you like the harness though! That was a very good front squat. I really like it because I normally avoid front squats because they sit real hard on my shoulders

I NEED ONE OF THOSE! Where can I get one? The westside site? I've been having hell doing front squats in the mid 400's not because i can't lift it.. but because the bar keeps slipping off! The best I've gotten so far is 455. My god who knows where i'd be if I had one of those things!

that harness is no joke it will make u stronger 100% i use it and it did wonders for my dead lift

Weve got one in our gym and I may melt it down if my DL doesnt go up! THAT THING IS AN ASS KICKER! Does wonders for your low back and abs as well!

pull out of pins with the harness if u dont already and maybe add a band works really well

thanks guys, David, that is a great idea about pulling with it. Were going out of the mono this week probably see where I'm at both front and zercher.
