Excessive Skin after weight loss

I have lost 100 pounds over the last year. I have leftover extra skin to prove it... Is this something that will go away with time or is surgery the only fix?

i would say it depends on how fast you lost it. I know of a few people who lost 200 to 300 lbs in a 1 to 2 year period and they had no choice but to get the skin removed. I would just keep going with your workout and keep your weight down and see where it is in 6 months, or ask your doctor about it. See if it is something that will tighten up.
