Who else here loves to jump rope?

Jumping rope can burn up to 1000 calories per hour, making it one of the most efficient workouts possible. It tones muscles in the entire body, developing long, lean muscles in all major muscle groups, both upper and lower. Jumping rope optimizes cardiovascular conditioning and maximizes athletic skills combining agility, coordination, timing, endurance.

At first I was really clumsy. Now I'm starting to get pretty fancy with leg changes and learning some moves. It really gets my heart pumpin' also.

I think there are others that jump rope, but don't think any of us really love it. It's just something we do to help us get in shape.

I rope all the time. I'm with ya, bro. Love the stuff. It's actually the only "direct" calf exercise I do. Added over an inch to both calves from doin it too. If you're down for a bad-ass rope and don't mind spendin about 30 bucks on one, check out the Buddy Lee Jump ropes http://www.buddyleejumpropes.com/. I know the site is cheeseball, but his ropes rule. Makes double-unders way easier to get the rope up to speed and keep it there.

I used to be very passionate about jump roping, and used to be pretty decent at it. Now I'm just too damn lazy to move my legs except when I do my max effort squat sessions.

I hate jumping rope. I had to do 3 rounds everyday before I could start my boxing sessions..

I love the rope!
I find that the rope is a great, portable conditioning tool that I can do almost anywhere.

good thing she doesn't go to my gym.....there wouldn't be much working out getting done mostly just eye mogle-ing.

I gonna go out and find a good quility rope locally today(if possible here) and start jump ropeing some....even found a HIIT jump-rope routine i'd liek to try i figure i better take a few days and get used to normal jump ropeing and such again before i go doing anything TO complex.

Buy a Buddy Lee jump rope. I've gone through several cheap ropes, this one is magical.
