Hey guys,

Basically im not 100% comfortable with my form on good mornings and no one at our gym really knows/does them to give pointers,

My question is, Would replacing them with Straight leg deads hit similar groups for use in WBB1.1? As I am very comfortable with my form in these and it feels like a similar work out?

Also what is a good replacement for Pull throughs?

Thanks guys, Dan

SLDLs are cool.
For the pull throughs : Rack Pulls, DLs, etc

You can replace good mornings with hyperextensions and pull throughs with deadlifts.

Vid yourself doing GM's and compare your form to proper examples. Nothing exactly replaces GM's so best to fix your form then run from the exercise imo.

Try doing Good mornings off the pins to work on staying tight the whole lift and being in proper position while under the bar

good mornings are an exercise all their own.. but those are great suggestions.. I'll loook into finding you a video of my good mornings i took awhile back.

The best way I can describe how to properly do them.. is to get into the stance you want... with the bar placed where you'd have it when you squat, have a slight bend in your knees and bring your chest down and p ush your ass straight back and out while CONSTANTLY LOOKING FORWARD! when you reach your desired depth bring'er on up!

and as long as the bar stays infront of your toes..i'ts considered a good morning.

here's a video I took awhile back of myself doing good mornings to check out my depth and form. Slight bend in knees.. ass goes back.. looking forward with the bar where i have it when i squat.
