Right now im doing a good job on my cut. Im down 6lbs in about 11 days. Im going for a fast cut so I can back to eating maintenence calories and stuffing my face lol. Right now all im eating the same stuff pretty much everyday. My shopping cart looks like:
Eggs
Egg Whites (Egg Whites International)
Ground Bison
Beef
Turkey bacon
Skinless chicken
Tuna
The turkey bacon was a really good surprise. I think it tastes better than regular bacon. It has less fat which in itself is not too important, but it has more protein and less calories so you can eat quite a few pieces for breakfast. If you haven't tried this yet definetly do.
