View Full Version : Calories in vs calories burned?

I'm 5' tall, 103 pounds, and am working on toning up for my wedding. The last place (as always) I'm trying to rid of excess fat is around my mid section. I run on the eliptical (intervals) 3 hours a week, and do pilates 2 hours a week, plus 1 hour of strength training a week. I eat about 1200-1250 calories a day, but usually have 2 cheat meals a week.

Does this sound right? Any advice about adjustments?
I tend to be hungry often, eating every 3 hours or so.
