i currently have around 8-9% body fat with visible abs. if i wanted visible shoulder veins/lower ab veins how much would i have to lower it to?

Genetics will play a big part here, as far as I know. I know some pretty slim kids, and not many of them have the veins going on, even in their forearms. Yet, I am definitely above 8% bodyfat, and have bicep veins starting to show up pretty well, and maybe that "lower ab vein" deal too, but no six pack or decently defined abs.
You've already got the abs, why do you want the veins anyways? I'm pretty sure most people dont find those attractive.

Yeah, I would say vascularity is almost 95% genetics. I have veins popping out everywhere. Some in my forearms, got many in my biceps, and even in my calves. I dont have a six pack or a decently defined abs also.

If you were actually 8-9% bodyfat you'd probably have some sick vascularity.

my forearms look like spider webs, so do my biceps. i can see alot of veins in my shoulders but they are not bulging, same with my abs. but i dont think i have alot of muscle on my shoulders, maybe if i got more muscular in my shoulders ide have better vascularity? also, i checked out that sight and am between 8 and 10%

I have sick ab vascularity, the same goes for my arms. It grosses the ladies out, just in case if that's why you care to have them. Then again I just have an overexaggerated amount.

i just want to have ab/shoulder vascularity. the thing is, your about my height but your 40 pounds more with about the same body fat. you must have alot more muscle in your abs and or shoulders.

That'd be a 10-4. Just eat good and lift as heavy as you can. Drink loads and loads of water, it helps. Ride a bike outside, bro. The summer's the best time to do that you can also get a nice tan. I usually ride in just a bathing suit.
