Hey guys im 16 years old and i need some advice. I wanna lose my gut but put on muscle i weight 260 right now and im 6'2 . I work out everyday monday-friday. I was wondering if you had any advice on what workouts are good and what is a good diet. Its hard to have my own diet when theres other people living in my house. Any advice will help thank you

1) Look up the routine BGB (baby got back) and use it
2) It's difficult to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Considering your 260 I'm going to assume you want to drop some fat. Eat less food, it's themost simple answer. Get in 3000 calories a day and see if you lose or gain weight.
