This isn't a truly typical day, I don't usually eat the crap like the brownies, but I'm always somewhat close to this. I know I drink a lot of shakes, but it's the only way I can force the calories in. I'm mainly trying to get my carb intake up to what it is in this screen, because that's the last time I gained any weight.

Reason I ask is because this is generally what i eat and I still lose weight.

6110 calories and you can't gain weight? That doesn't sound right.

If I ate 6000 calories a day I'd be over 450 lbs, and not of muscle.

Yep, usually it's more around 5200-5400 but I can't gain a damn pound right now. I've made other topics about it discussing my job and whatnot, but basically it's general warehouse work that is very physical.

Hooray, I gained 3.5lbs this week eating similar to what I have above. I think that's the most I've ever gained in a week.

Thanks, the weekend is where I usually struggle because everything is out of routine, so I'll have to make sure I keep up today and tomorrow. I probably gain weight during the week and then slack off during the weekend and lose everything right away.

If you dont mind my asking, what tracking program is that?

CalorieKing, if you track calories it's a must IMO. I could send it to you if you want.

whats a normal amount of weight to gain in a week? Or at least, whats a healthy amount per week to gain?

As far as I know, if you're trying to do a cleaner bulk, 1.5lbs/week is a good number to shoot for.

Indeed it is. You put in your height, weight, age, and if you want to maintain, lose, or gain weight and it'll "suggest" macros from there, or you can customize them fully and put a ratio of like 50:20:30 (CFP) if you want, and you can add your own foods and nutritional values or pick from their huge list. Plus it's updated frequently to add new items. There are also graphs aplenty.

I know a lot of people use FitDay here, and even though it's free, it really doesn't compare.

Glad to see you're keeping with it despite your problems gaining weight. You obviously have an abnormal metabolism, but instead of whining and giving up you're eating 6k calories a day. Good job dude, seriously.

I'm looking at a breakfast where you could add 4-500 calories. I think you could fit some more in there.

Thanks man, I started out eating 3500 and thought that was so much, but little by little I got it up to where I am now. One thing is for sure, I'm a stubborn son of a bitch, everyone I know would have given up long before now. I'm not going to stop until i can hit 185-190lbs.

Possibly, I eat in my car on the way to work. I wake up at 5AM and I'm on the road by 5:25 and that early any food makes me feel sick for most of the morning. If need be I'll shove more down at that time though, but right now I'll see how long eating this much will keep me gaining.

EDIT: Actually rather than eat it at breakfast, I could probably squeeze something in at my first break, all I have then is my PWO shake. It's only a 10 minute break so it'd have to be something quick and calorie dense, any suggestions?
