Hey, I started working out when i was 16 just no supplements, then went to protien powders and am currently taking powder and creatine. I am turning 18 in june here and really want to put on some muscle here before summer. Good results so far but its been slow, not so rapid as everyone says creatine is. Before workout i have my powder 1 scoop (muscle milk) mixed in water and 2 purple k pills. After my work out i will have my powder in a shake with strawberries and banana, 1 Purple K pill and go to school. Is this enough or should i modify it in any way to see more rapid results like everyone else seams to get ? Thanx for any input.

1.5grams of protein per kilo of lean mass, each day.
Muscle milk is ok but its not all that they rave about in the ads. Try a good clean protein blend like Nitrean or Opticen if you need a meal replacement.
Havent heard anything about "purple k", sorry.
Bottom line is you need enough fuel (carbs) to support rebuilding broken down muscle fiber (protein). Are you getting your EFA's as well? Proper nutrition is the biggest and hardest part of anyones goals.
Its not all about supplements but the two I listed are staples for most people.

muscle milk is just liquid calories. If you want to gain weight, take in more cals either liquid or whole food.
