Just went to Atlarge nurtritions website i think this was put up very recently just wanted to say congrats man good read.Oh and one quick question so those panora presses you only come up like a little less then half way up for those does that work your triceps better.

Thanks man! Chris is the one that really worked to put it together, I just supplied the information. The Panora pressdowns really work the extensors when done properly. Right at the top of your tricep, by your elbow joint. Its really important to have strong extensors for good lockout. I'd probably take it easy on them right now for you though given your elbow troubles

Thanx travis yeah i probally would go real light if anything on them i plan on going to the doctor pretty soon to get the elbow problem straightened out i hate wearing those elbow wraps the pain started with using bands and i think from squatting .If you ever get time would it be possible to post a video i would just like to see it from a actual workout so i can see how you do them thanx. Oh and again great article it was cool to see how you train and what products you use i gotta get me some atlarge products pretty soon LoL!:thumbup: Hope training is going well Godbless.

haha they are pretty basic though but Greg was right, they really work the extensors very well without having to go super heavy.
