Does anyone who has been using it for an extended period of time... lets say 3+ weeks have any updates or new testimonials to supplementing with it.
- time on
- time before experiencing any noticeable change and what that was
- dose
would love to hear from any cardio related changes especially

I've used beta-alanine with results, and then also in some slimy protein that comes in liquid form in a tube. Both have given me similar results. I get a tingling feeling after about 20-30 minutes. I then seems to get a pick me up of energy about another 30-40 minutes later. I don't think you need to build up reserves before it really takes effect. Seems similar to the punch you get from caffeine but with the added tingles. As for cardio, well can't help you there sinced I've done about 20 minutes combined in the last 3 weeks.
Protein things look like in the link below. My workout partner tosses me once every once in a while. No clue who makes the one we drink

i have posted it here before but the greatest effect i noticed was an increase in anaerobic threshold during cardio. I used a homemade premix of at large creatine and 1fast400 beta alanine 3:2
It is a supplement i continue to use

As Jake mentioned, the product I am trying contains Beta alanine.
However, it is pretty much impossible to attribute my gains soley to BA, creatine, or even the combination, given the other things that make up the 28g serving.
But, given what BA is supposed to do, I would say I am reaping the benefits.

look for my results to be more on the lines of lactic acid buildup and increased endurance more than strength as that is what I am training for. Endurance as in sprinting and short high intensity bouts < 7 minutes, but not so much weight training.
