First of all hi to everyone.

I am going to start a new first cycle soon but just need some advice. My friend has got me Sus and Deca, I have read that this is a popular first cycle. I want to know what are the best dosages to take and should I take any anti-estrogens. If so what ones ?

Also has anyone experienced any hair thinning or loss on this cycle ?

Thanks

You are no where near ready for gear. ROFL.

On second thought, do it. I really stopped caring.

Why do you think I am not ready.

I was going to use Sus and Deca. Take Finasteride while on the cycle.

And use Aromasin, Hcg,Nolva for PCT.

How about some Test-E or Cyp instead. Read the first cycle sticky.

You are not ready for a cycle if you are asking what dosages to use and whether or not you should use anti-e's. Take the time to do the research before making such a choice.

What is your current height/weight/bf? How many years have you been training?

Height 5ft 6 inches
Weight 9 stone 10 pounds
Training 5 years on and off.

I am definitely going to do more research before I stick myself that a cert. My friend has told me what dosages to take from the cycle he done and I have read up on PCt and anti -e'sand and I am going to do alot more believe me. Just wanted to get advice on what I already read and been told to see if the information is true. I have read millions of mixed answers.

No no. No no no no. I was in the same boat as you a few months ago. And the best thing that happened to me was a smack in the face from a message board.

You weigh 9 stones 10 pounds. That's 136lbs. You've trained 5 years and you're only at 136lbs. Physiologically, this tells me you're not ready. You are so far from your genetic peak (if such a thing actually exists), it's insane for you to be considering steroids. How old are you? If you're under 50, chances are, at your level, you'll be able gain weight from having a REGULARLY SCHEDULED WORK OUT PLAN! (this means no more working out "on and off.")

Work out naturally, regularly, consistently -- and eat 4000+ calories a day -- and you'll gain a ton of weight. Don't resort to steroids yet. When you come back at 180lbs, with a record of strong gains and your diet under control, THEN you might have some ground to stand on -- and you'll be seasoned enough to take full advantage of their abilities.

Please don't take this as discouragement. If anything, it should be encouraging to know that you can gain a lot of weight on your own, without illegal substances. For example, I weighed 140lbs in January (I had been sick for several months and lost 10 lbs). Today, I am 165 (and still fairly lean). Back in January, I was inches from taking steroids. But decided against it. And look how much progress I've made without them!

You don't need steroids yet. You may not need them ever. What you do need is to get your training and eating on your side. And you'll be so much better off!

Ok I am not going to go on them just yet. But can somebody answer this question for me. One of my pec seems to of gone bigger than the other. I read this is common and it will even out, but it isnt.
How can I correct this?

Will this correct this or just not make it worse ?

i don't know, your individual results may vary. there are other variables that can have an impact here. it certainly can't hurt.

Has anybody else had this problem and sorted it out by doing this solution or another one.

use dumbells for a bit and eat more. The bigger you are, the less you will notice small problems.

Actually, before I started working out my right pec was stronger than my left so after I started lifting I overcompensated with my left pec and it became bigger than my right. It eventually evens out, just use DBs and keep lifting
