hi
i am currently working long hours and am not currently having much protein while at work. As you should be taking protein every 2-3 hours, i would like some suggestions for what i could eat(not cooked).

This is an example of one of my days

6am - Bowl of cereal + protein shake

12pm - Chicken sandwiches, low fat yoghurt, banana

5pm - Chicken fillets + potato wedges

9pm - Oatmeal + protein shake

I would be grateful for any suggestions.

However i dont like tuna, cottage cheese or peanut butter

Drink more protein shakes. The whole 2-3 hour eating thing isn't as important as you'd think. It simplifies things. Only meals that should really be timed are the ones before and after working out. Other than that just try to get below 500 cals if you're cutting or over 500 if you're bulking.

I actually just bought a tub of that yesterday. Most vile thing I've ever tasted. Only bought it because the nutritional value isn't bad, and costs $12 a 2lb jug where I live. I suggest you try some other powders, as most others taste exponentially better than Fortress.

Best tasting protein I've had yet = NITREAN. Its good even with water instead of milk. I would give it a try!
