Like stated in the title. Should I keep taking my protein Supplements if I eat enough protein? I usually get around 200g of protein a day w/o supplements. I'm 6'3, 145lbs.
Also, I just ran out of my Creatine, and can't afford to buy anymore. Will this seriously effect my workout and bulking? or what can I do?
Thanks in advance

protein supplements are just an easier way to get in protein. if you can do that with regular food, good!
some people like creatine a whole lot, and some it dosent do too much for. i don't think it will have a HUGE effect on your bulk.

At 6 3' 145 pounds, you aren't eating enough of anything.

well if you can't afford to buy more its a little bit of a moot point isn't it?
Getting 200g of protein a day is great, but more is better as well. I eat lots and lots and lots of protein. Recovery is so much better that way for myself

Ha ha ha, Yeah, I guess I didn't think before asking that one.
I started taking protein again on top of normal food so now I'm getting around 250g+ a day. I gained 2lbs last week taking 2500 calories. So I'm going to stay there again until sunday and see if I gain another 1.5~2lbs. If not I'm going to bump up to 3000. I'm wondering if that is reasonable?
Thanks for the input though guys it really helps and I really value it..
