I just noticed that I lost 5 lbs and im trying to bulk..terrible.... What type of meat do you guys eat when bulking? What is the best type of meat to eat while bulking which will give the best results? I'm currently eating veal, steak, chicken, beef, pork and lamb. I heard horse meat is good?

Beef

its a simple way to see, if u wanna get big u gotta eat big animals

in the words of Rhoade's - "look at the neck on a chicken now look at the neck on a cow. u wanna get bigger eat more bull"

There is no magic food. bulking = more calories. Fattier cuts mean more calories.

any meat will work. If you aren't gaining, you aren't getting enough calories. What does you calorie intake look like now? Look here for more help

BEEF! Have you seen the size of a bull's neck? How could you and why would you eat anything else?

:withstupi: But if you wanna go with the neck logic, would an elephant or maybe whale be optimal??? :hello:

Beef and pork. Lots of it!
Get you one of each of these and that should do the trick

not sure about the neck analogy, lol but definitely lots of everything i would say...beef for loads of protein and calories. chicken for the lean side, and fish (protein and efa's)...a can of tuna is fast and easy

I was wondering this recently...

So many people recommend beef over any other meat... but all they say is "look at the cow's neck".

Is there anything in beef that you can't get from pork or chicken?

Also... some hogs get real big... and don't even really have a neck... just kind of, 400lbs of torso with a head on one side and little stubby legs. So by the whole "Neck logic"... wouldn't pork be a good option?

It's all very confusing to me.

Beef is fattier than chicken, which is good when you're looking for calories.

I see. So for someone without much access to beef... chicken would work, but I'd have to get fat/calories from other places?

My mother is scared of mad cows, so she stopped buying beef a few years ago. All she gets now is LEAN ground pork, pork tenderloin, and chicken breasts.

I have some extra money to spend on food but not much.
