Hey i am a sixteen year old kid, i weigh abotu 175 and right now i am at the point were you start to see a little bit of abs and my biceps are a bit toned. i just want to lose a bit more fat just to look a bit more cut.

Right now i eat about the same thing ever day:

Breakfast: PBJ sandwhich on light bread with orange juice
Snack: protein bar
Lunch: Turkey grinder, water and a apple
Snack: protein shake
Dinner: what ever my mom makes hamburgers, chicken
snack: oatmeal and yogurt

antyhing wrong there??

You should consider exercise with your healthy diet!:thumbup:


I am cutting right now and using Thermocin to accelerate fat loss. It seems to be working quite well. Sometimes its hard to get started on a fat loss diet but Im finding it quite easy this time around.

Fat loss= eating below maintainance calories + heavy compound lifts.

If your that lean try cycling your carbs, they can really help you get leaner when your already that lean.
