which would be more beneficial:
1 protein shake with 2 scoops of whey post workout
or
2 protein shakes with 1 scoop of whey each one pre workout one post

Given only those two choices, one before, one after. But only if you're cutting. If you're bulking, I'd recommend 2 small children before, one slightly larger child after.
