Egg drop soup?

Is egg drop soup bad for you? Theres a chinese restaurant like 2 min from me, They have a huge sign that says they never use butter in anything only vegetable oil. So I guess thats good. A quart of egg drop soup is $1.25...I looked at the nutritional facts online of standard egg drop soup....looked pretty clean, is there a catch? Can I eat this everyday? I love it lol, I'm cutting btw!

It contains corn starch (to thicken it)..and probably a descent amount of sodium.

There's bigger things to worry about but if you're being really strict I'd enjoy it in moderation.
