Everyone is lactose intolerant to a certain extent. Your drinking fluid thats produced inside of a cow lol. I drink a lot as well and do notice it makes my stomach feel a bit weird.

sounds like a bulk to me. I stopped drinking milk for a while and when I went back to it I felt like ass. If you didn't drink much milk before and now you're drinking 9 cups a day, I could see that being the problem. Why not cut down to like 4 or 5 cups a day for a week and see if that helps? Or try lactaid?

Agreed. Sometimes milk gives me the ****s, but only when I drink a lot at a time.
Milk doesn't make you lactose intolerant. You just feel more lactose intolerant because you're drinking more milk.
I drink about a 1/2 gallon to 3/4 of a gallon a day.... milk is the **** !

I can't drink whole milk, it makes me sick, but skim milk doesn't. I think that drinking a lot of whole milk could make you lactose intolerent over a long period of time.

The fat percentage has nothing to do with the lactose content from what I know...

To answer the titled question yes. You can develop an intolerance by drinking too much of it. I did it and am now confined to lactaid or I face the worst stomach cramps/gas/bloating of my life. However lactaid is delicious, the only problem is not every gas station or walgreens carries it so you have to find it.

What about taking the lactaid pills and drinking regular milk?

What Unholy said.
Drinking lots of milk may actually increase your body's ability to handle lactose.
