This a very good homemade recipe is to prepare a smoothie. Don't forget that you must drink it the same day that you prepare it and keep it closed in the refrigerator.
2 raw eggs,
½ liter of milk,
2 low fat yogurts
2 pieces of fruit (banana for preference).
