Alright so i have done my research and looked for a way to get large but have yet to find a successful solution. I have spent hundreds of dollars on protein and supplements but have gained little results. I have also tried eating like a horse but i either get sick and throw it up or obviously it comes out the other end. Its a never ending money cycle down the drain. So i was hoping you would be able to tell me if any of you have experienced methyl 1D. Yes I am 16, and i know that it is a risk for me to be taking it. (Note, i am not taking it but am looking for more info before buying it). Any information would be nice.

I don't care what you say, if you are gaining, you aren't eating enough. You have no reason at your age to even be looking at these kinds of products. Post up your diet. Let's see what you consider eating like a horse.

Morning- Pro performance 2 scoops
2 Peanut butter sandwiches
Lunch- Protein bar
2 Chicken sandwiches
Cup of rice
2 cups of peaches (small sized)
Water
1 Scoop of protein (Pro Perfor.)
Dinner-
Usually consists of chicken (healthy amount)
Corn
2 Slices of bread and butter
water
Pro performance scoop
(This is an example)
Now maybe that isnt enough but it seems when i force myself to eat more than i should i end up sick and throwing it up. The only weight i ever manage to gain is water weight. (I also have a bit of trouble considering i am in school all day so the whole 6 meals a day thing is not possible)

that's a pretty bad diet. Why are you cramming it all into 3 meals. Spread it out. I eat atleast 6-7 times a day to meet my requirements. If you can't eat the calories, then drink them. BTW, no supplement in the world will help you aren't eating enough calories. Take a look at the stickies in the diet forum. Plenty of helpful info in there.

same as CP said. Not enough food if you aren't gaining. Regardless of what you're eating now. eat as many times as you can every day.
also, you have absolutly no business looking for methyl 1d or any PH at your age. You can permanently damage your endocrine system that way

Alright guys well i respect your input and thank you for it but unfortunately i am hard headed and have trouble comprehending what people say. Which is probably why i find out the hard way. I figure i will end up doing it regardless, so i would appreciate it if you could give me the safest way of doing it such as how many a day, etc. What should be taken with it and so on. It may be stupid to try it but better to do it the safest way then to be completely dangerous.

i'm tempted to ban anyone who helps you. Go take a look at who Travis Bell is. Ignoring his advice is just flat out stupid. Yes I'm being harsh, but that is because you need it. You have NO reason to even look at this stuff. You don't know the basics of diet and exercise. No pill in the world will help you.

Okay yes i read the advice on what age it would be appropriate to even start thinking about steroids. I understand that i am acting irrationally by ignoring a body builders advice. What i don't understand is why you would rather let me do it in the most harmful manner possible when there might be someone who could help me do it without completely screwing my body up. Whether or not someone helps will not make a difference on whether i try it or not, it could prevent me from totally harming my body.

oh man!!! you called me what?! haha I'm a powerlifter
saying that you are acting irrationally is not accurate. I didn't want to sound too hard in my first post but, it would be completly stupid for you to take a PH at your age. You would surely have some very bad sides, especially once you came off. No I'm not going to tell you how to take it because I would feel contradictory by saying "no don't take it" and then turning around and saying "well you need to do this this and this" good grief
there is no set age for beginning steroids, but 25 is a widely accepted age.
Ok, to repeat what I said, there is NO safe way at your age. You will not be getting any advice from myself on how to take a PH. do you realize most prohormones are more damaging to your body than steroids are?

I think i was just hit with a miracle or something because for some reason i actually believe I am going to listen to you. Maybe it is because you're from ohio, who knows..but i am going to stick to animal pak, protein and a weight gainer. I do how ever have a question. Right now i am using pro performance MASS XXX, is this a decent protein? Also what would you say is the best weight gainer? Thanks

Nitrean is an awesome protein. Its a blend of egg, whey and casin. Very very good stuff. I use Maximus for my weight gainer. Alot of weight gainers will have tons of sugar in them to make up calories that really don't do you any good. Maximus isn't like that. Plus the stuff just tastes wonderful. I love it. I take one every day. go to www.atlargenutrition.com and you'll find the products I'm talking about.
good choice on the PH man. Sorry I was a little tough, just get frustrated when people make mistakes that can last alot longer than they realize.
oh and I am wise because I'm a BUCKEYE!! OH-IO!! haha

Nitrean is a great all around protein. And Opticen is great if you're looking for a meal replacement or extra calories. Good luck man, but stay away from the PH's at your age.

there is no denying the laws of thermodynamics. To get larger you need to eat more. When i gained 30 lbs in my mid 20 i had to make eating a 2nd job! Think about it - you are 16, your metabolism is as high as it will be for your entire life! You need to make eating your full time job!

I tried Methyl 1D before I joined the Army a while back and it was complete crap. I saw no gains whatsoever in strength or size and I felt like crap for the month that I was taking it. Eat lots of food! I didn't understand how well it worked until I was on double rations for the first 5 weeks of basic training! (117lb to 144lb in 13 weeks)
Eat food lift heavy

Go to fitday.com to track your calories. ALso, eat those meals, like cp said, in more than three sittings. At 16 your hormones are surging thru your body like nobody's business. YOu be ill-advised to go messing with that at this sage of the game.
Chances are this is what you need (in no particular order):
1) Eat more
2) Eat more often
3) Rest more
4) Squat more
5) Deadlift more
