Oh my freaking word!!!!! Now thats some speed!!

I saw the numbers and was getting ready to whip out my "thats not fast enough" line and then just grinned when I watched that bar rocket off your chest. That is EXACTLY what speed work should look like. Tight, controlled and fast as a scud missle. great work bud!!

Man i just learned a thing or 2 from watching that that was extremely fast but i got one question do you do the heavy board presses like that after every speed day? was that considered a close grip bench for you were you just trying to work your tri"s? Sick bench though Bro .Those Presses were awesome

Great speed bro. The only thing I may suggest is to lock out the reps. Thats what they were bitching at me about at westside when I went. Other wise great work really

Brd of DE not all the time but I wanted to pound my tris with them. An no that is my usual raw grip because my shirted grip is wider.
