Hi there.

i like many others would like to increase my muscle mass on the cost of my fat.
I eat 6-7 times a day and it goes like this.
1. egg and a banana.
2. Skyr, Icelandic dairy product, 13 gr protein, 3 grams carbs and 3 gr fat for every 100 grams. i Eat 200 gr.
3. Noddles and 1 egg.
4. yougurt and a can of tuna.
5. protein shake (44 gr protein)
6. usually i eat a chicken or some other type of meat for dinner.

I also might sneak a bite or two in the evening, usually egg or 2 or a can of tuna.

Will this diet increase muscle mass and decrease fat?
I also use creatine and glutamine along with heavy workouts 3 times a week.

Bro, the question is...how many calories are you taking in? you cant list a few foods and ask if this is going to increase your muscle mass. As long as you are eating 500 cals over your maintained caloric intake level you should be fine. Also, eat clean foods.

Ok, i belive im currently eating 2500-3000 calories and weighing 210 lbs. what i worry mostly about is that getting fatter if i increase it, my body fat is around 12-15%.
is that a chance with my current workout schedule?

You might actually lose weight on that kind of caloric intake. I weigh 247 and am doing 2500 cals a day, but only because I've never been able to lose weight easily. I would suggest looking online for a daily maintenance calculator, use that as a rough estimate for your daily needs, go over 500 cals for a week and see how that turns out for you. Also, don't forget to take a waist measurement. If your waist goes up with weight, you might be gaining fat.

Your the best calculator you can get. Track what you eat for a about 10-12 days and see what your weight does from day 1 to day 12. If it goes up, then your eating a little too much depending on just how much it goes up. If it goes up by less then 2 pounds, you should be ok as long as your lifting heavy. If it goes down however, your not eating enough... so you should probably eat about 500-700 calories more each day and then see where your at.

If you weigh 210 pounds, eat 250-300g protein each day and then fill the rest in with good healthy fats and keep carbs under 50g most days. Every 4-5 days carb up, get in an extra 150-200g of carbs on that day.
