MY diet, (GOT TO GET STRONGER) Meals listed in order, each line a meal
4 eggs, 2 yellows, bowl of total cereal, vit pill
2 chicken sandwiches, total of 12 oz
can of tuna, glass of milk, 12 oz or so,
Shake with creatine after workout. No shake on non workout days
12 oz of chicken, some veggies
can of tuna, glass of milk
Any ideas or places where i can improve?
Plus I have a carb day every week
