View Full Version : Need help w/ first cycle

Was planning on this:

Weeks 1-12 Test E 500mg EW
Weeks 1-4 D-bol 50mg ED
Weeks 1-12 Arimidex 0.5g EOD if needed for gyno
Weeks 14-18 PCT

Mainly I need some suggestions on what works for PCT. I heard that Nolva has less side effects, but it ain't as good for raising natural test levels back to normal and also reduces IGF-1.

nolva works just fine. if you're really worried about it use clomid instead. i've never had a problem with nolva, though.

also, i'd start the dbol @ 30mg/day. 50mg is quite a bit and most likely more than you'll need.

Point taken on the d-bol, I'll cut it down to 30mg e/d. So, what would a decent PCT look like with this cycle?

ive heard running HCG during cycle reduces the need to restart test production post cycle, as such, only Nolva would be needed

no, hcg doesn't reduce the need to restart test production. hcg is similar to LH in that it induces your testes into producing testosterone, thus no atrophy while on cycle. you'll still be shut down, though, once you come off. only nolva is needed whether or not you use hcg.

if they never stop producing, why do they need to be restarted?

they don't stop producing because you're using the hcg. as soon as you stop using it, which you will have to do if you want your hpta to recover.....you do the math.

Are you guys absolutely sure that Nolva will recover the HPTA as well as Clomid, b/c some people have been telling me otherwise. They said Nolva is for stopping gyno on cycle and Clomid is for PCT and you HAVE to use Clomid for PCT or you won't recover right.

YES, NOLVA IS FINE!!!

Uz, there are some guys here with a lot of knowledge and experience. you would not find that information in a sticky if it weren't true.
