View Full Version : What supplements would help me acheive my goal?

Well I currently weigh 132, 7% body fat, 5'10 and my goal is to gain 20 lbs in the next 3 months. I currently have the trial versions of Super Pump 250 and Size On. After a week of using those and working out I've gained 2 lbs. I am planning on buying some whey protein next paycheck I get but before I do that I wanted to ask you guys what supplements you suggest to help me reach my goal.

Also, I understand my diet is a large part of this and I have been eating ALOT of food and will continue to do that.

You can pick up a protein blend and some creatine if you really want, but you won't see any difference between that and if you just eat a whole lot.


I wouldn't get anything else.

id go with - oil, peanuts/butter - added to every meal

if you dont gain a few lbs in the next 2 weeks or so, add another meal

other then that, the only prudcts proven to actually do anything (aside from Prohormones and roids) are creatine and HMB, so I would start there

If you're a beginner there's not much point in supplementing with anything else besides FOOD. I guess creatine can't really hurt, get a multi-vitamin, and maybe some fish oil if you really want.

Basically just eat, lift, eat, eat some more.

Some good beginner supps are protein, multi and fish oil. Anything else isn't really needed for you right now.
