So I just got ~20lbs of bison for free (thanks dad) and they are various cuts like strip and filet mignons and the like. I was wondering if any of you have any recipes I need to try since ive got a lot of meat and its only going to be me eating it. Im searing one up right now just to see what its like since I hear its a pretty lean meat. It looks pretty tasty.
