Hi everyone- it has been a while since i have posted here. life sometimes gets way too busy!
Since i was last here i got married and worked with a trainer to have lost 5kg of pure fat. It's not a lot and has been slow but i now fit in to my 'skinny' clothes!!!
Now that the wedding is over i have the mental energy to focus more on my training and diet.
So please feel free to offer any suggestions regarding my diet/training- once i start logging it tomorrow (I'm at work lol)

Okay so off to a bad start- forgot to log yesterday.
Today:
Chest/tris and Abs
Flat bench- 25kg- 10x3
Skull crushers- 12.5kg 8x3
Pec deck fly- 40kg 8x3
tricep pushdown- 20kg 8x3
dumbbell pullover- 15kg 8x3
overhead tricep extention- 17.5kg 8x3
Abs

FOOD:
m1. weetbix, kiwi and milk
m2. protein shake, apple
m3. mountain bread, 100g ham, cheese, mandarin
m4. protein bar, dried fruit, almonds
m5. 100g chicken breast, 100g sweet potato, green beans
m6. no fat/sugar yoghurt, protein shake, 2 squares dark chocolate
TOTALS:
cals- 1,803
Pro: 175g
CHO: 163g
Fat: 50g

any comments/suggestions most welcom!

It's like a pita wrap, it's really light. and yum!! Try it- 'in the bread aisle of your supermarket now!' lol

okay so today 12/06/08
TRAINING-
Cardio day (bleh!!)
1 hour RPM Class

FOOD:
m1. 2 eggs, 1 wholemeal toast
m2. protein bar & apple
m3. mountain bread, 100g ham, 25g cheese, salad, mandarin
m4. protein shake, dried fruit and almonds
m5. yoghurt
m6. 100g steak, 100g sweet potato, beans
m7. protein shake, 2 squares dark choclate mmmmmmmmmmmmm

had a massage today- my shoulder been giving me grief, seems okay now

Are we clones? I did RPM today and my injured shoulder has been giving me grief. Didn't get a massage, perhaps I should of.

I'll check out Mountain Bread at Coles.

Want to get back in to logging here again.
I am at the moment sitting at 70kg and the leanest I have been in years. I have just started working with a trainer (who is a body builder) and i have started on low carbing, needless to say my first week was hell as i am a big big big carbaholic, on top of that caught the dreaded gastro that has been going around our town. (yuk!)
So now i am in the swing of it and am loving eating lots of fat :drooling:
Training has been very different as well, which i am really enjoying and am getting lots stronger every week.
Hope you all stop by for a visit!!

hey mike- smart arse!!

Well today i did HIIT,
5 mins warm-up on elliptical
10 mins HIIT of 15 sec high intensity
followed by 30 mins ss on the bike.
got to almost spewing so was pleased with myself.

Cheat meal tonight, weeeeeee, home made pizza yumo
i am also hosting a bodyshop party so lots of yummy stuff and i am allowed to eat it!!

Friday couldn't go to the gym.

Today:Shoulders

Ex 1 Dumbbell Press 2 x 6 @ 12.5
Ex 2 Upright Row 2 x 8 @ 22.5
Ex 3 Side Lateral Raise 1 x 10 @ 7.5


Phase 1

Ex 2 Close Grip bench Press 2 x 6 @ 25
Ex 3 Barbell Curls 2 x 6 @ 22.5

Phase 2

Ex 5 Lying Triceps Extension 2 x 8 @ 15
Ex 6 Alternating Dumbbell Curls - 2 x 8 @ 10's

Phase 3/4

Ex 8 Bench Dips 1 x 9-10 @ BW + 10kg on lap
Ex 9 Hammer Curls 1 x 9-10 @ 10s

ABS: lying leg raise 2x15
db side bend 15kg 10x2

weight is up today, i am putting it down to too many salted nuts last night at bbq and not enough water. Looking a little bloated as well.
