When reading labels on food it says

Total Fat
Saturated Fat
Trans Fat

So if it has a high total fat and low saturated and no trans fat, it's not bad for you right? For example if something has 10g total fat and only 2g of saturated fat and no trans fat then the 8 grams of fat that aren't saturated are good for you right?
