Anyone else notice that it makes you REALLY full? I just tried some whey (Nitrean has been my only protein supplement for a year now) and I can have 2 scoops without feeling full whatsoever. I have been use to Nitrean and now have decided Nitrean is perfect for:
1) Extreme dieting such as UD2.0 or PSMF
2) A way to make yourself full/happy for long periods of time (Nitrean is superb at doing this)
I am starting to rethink the idea that Atlarge maybe should have a whey product as well!

opticen really fills me up, and its only around 3-400 cals.

Nitrean does have whey in it BF. It's a blend of like 3 proteins I believe.

I've never noticed Nitrean making me more full than any other protein. Is this a consistent thing BF? Maybe you just have a certain reaction to casein.

Milk or cheese does not give me the full feeling like nitrean what so ever. Nitrean definately is the most filling protein supplement I have ever tried. I have not had any other casein supplement though.
The last thing I want is to feel bloated before the gym. I already get bloated from dextrose, last thing I need is to feel even more full from Nitrean. This is why Nitrean is going to be used for certain occasions like extreme dieting or if I am not eating a meal what so ever and just want some protein.

I notice the same thing. It's especially evident comparing 100% casein to whey or a blend.

A serving of Nitrean with milk does little to fill me up. I usually eat a granola bar and banana with it post workout. Hungry again in couple of hours.
