lol today i did high rep training, the excersizes i did were bench, board press, hang clean, jerk, then db shoulder press and tricep excersizes, my muscles are so tired right now.

lol how could i forget, on a serious note though i do hate high rep days ijust havent done them in a while so i want to give my joints a break, and make a little extra gains off of it.
