I put myself and my SWAT guys through so basic GPP work tonight and only one blew chunks. Keep in mind they did wearing there level 4 vest which weights 50 lbs.
GPP Work
Pushed my jeep about 40 yards in 2 man teams 3 time a team.
3 sets of 25 of squat jumps
1 big long set of walking lunges the lenth of the parking lot.
And only one guy through up.
