Hi there.
This guy at a local supplement store recomended a protein shake for me which consists of 54 gr protein, 82 gr carbs, 3 gr creatine and 3 gr glutamine.
H said that this would be ideal for some muscle building. My only question is..will all those carbs make me fat or what?
I weight 210 lbs and work out 4 times a week.
