I typically eat 2-3 slices of 100% whole wheat bread daily...if I'm trying to cut should I not be eating this much bread? Typically I have two slices with 6 egg whites for breakfeast and maybe one around 4 pm with a chicken breast.....what do you guys think?
Thanks

They typically have anywhere from 10-15 grams of digestible carbs. Does that fit into your macros? I eat low-carb bread on low-carb days (6 grams/carbs). It's not that bad as a low-carb alternative.

Please search. It is your friend.
Thanks!
When you say digestible carbs, can you elaborate?
