You've got a good base to put on muscle and still look feminine. Good luck, BBabe!

Much better pictures then before. Do you have a specific plan or do you already know what to do or what?

Not too bad at all, why hide that face?
I don't think you NEED to lose anything but if it's something you want for you then there's a wealth of knowledge in the posters here.

So what do you all think then? Wouldn't a recomp routine be best at this stage? Maybe up the protein and train with higher density to increase post exercise oxygen consumption.

I want to tighten and cut all over, and gain strength in my upper body. I have a very strong lower body for the amount of work I have put into it (nearly nothing).
I would also like a 6 pack. =]

oh, and I am starting to play tennis. I think that definately makes a difference because my arms and legs kill all the time- worse than with weights.

Nice choice, bb. Definitely stick with tennis. I played as a Jr. for 10 years through highschool. Just make sure to always be moving on that court. Get yourself a jump rope and get good at it. This is the same motion you're gonna want on that court (constant hopping, like a boxer). You can easily toast 1000 cals with a couple hours of tennis. And for those that don't think tennis is good exercise: ever seen a fat tennis player on TV?

Well, what I have noticed is that tennis players have really great upper arms and legs. So I figured adding tennis along with my workouts couldn't be too bad of an idea. =]

Nice base to start from, now tear it up!
What is your diet/routine/plan of action?
