I'm currently at around 200 lbs. and still on a bulk. What should my macros be looking like? After a week on fitday I think my fat/carbs are way too high. And after fitday I see I'm only really getting around 150-175g protein a day...ok?

atleast 1.6-1.8g/kg bw protein
no less then 35-40g dietary fiber/day
no less then roughly 60g of fat/day
keep your sat. fat as low as possible
then make up the rest how you will, it does not really matter after that

(this is ofcourse generic - but a general idea)
