I dont have one myself but someday down the line I wouldn't be suprised if i'd take it upon myself to make one. Not just because its convenient but overall it'd be a pretty fun side project for a few years. I know a few people here have home gyms it'd be nice to see some pictures if anyone has some.

we made some and the others were bought from someone else. Basement gyms are nice because its a pretty steady temperature year round as opposed to a garage. But you are generally mroe confined on space..

Tell the wife its for her. :)
No not really I wouldn't reccomend that haha.

Yup. The 90 lb set. Then I have olympic handles for weight over that. Whatever you do, if you're interested in them, they're awesome up to 90, but don't get the ones to 130 lbs.

all gyms look really nice, but Detard why do you have a bench/rack along with the powerrack? Did you have it before you got the rack?

Yeah I picked up the OLY bench first. Then I bought an incline bench which is a little too wide for flat benching so I do all my flat benching on the OLY bench

Why don't you sell your olympic bench and dumbbell bench and just get a proper dumbbell bench that allows you to do your pressing in the rack so you can use the safety bars. It would suck if you're shooting for bench PR's worrying about how you would dump it if you don't complete the lift. I could probably hook you up with a cost price on our bench if you wanted. I'm out of here in a couple of weeks so buying anything right now for cost wouldn't be a problem.

here is my gym, just got started with it, so far Ive only spent 230$ it has a very nice ocean view as well lol. I really like the tds mega bench too. It does everything. it has a dip station and I can put the uprights up backwards and high to squat from.

LOL @ the ocean view. Thats some funny stuff.

Keith - That does sound like a good idea. But I really like my OLY bench alot. I dont want to get rid of it. Instead, i'm going to rig up some bench racks. I'm going to draw up a plan for how I can do it. Hopefully all my stuff will get moved to one of my uncles empty warehouses in the near future where I can invite anyone and everyone to come train.

Forgot I posted in here.

What's wrong with the 130's?
