A lot of herbs and spices are zero calorie or just about if you want to count those. That or they just don't list caloric information on the containers like normal food.

spices are a great way to add some flavor. There is also low carb ketchup and low sugar pancake syrup.

Vinegar! It isnt zero calorie but it's not like you need much to get the taste.

These all have calories, but most, per servings are under 5 cals, so, by law, the manufacturer can list zero as the calorie count.

+1 on the mustard, vinegar, and hot sauce.

If I put anything on my food it's usually one of these.

I love to mix mustard with olive oil and some honey to make my own honey mustard sauce.

salsa is not necessarily a condiment, nor is it 0 cal, but it isnt much (if you get the good stuff) Its low in calories and apparently tomatoes are good for you... haha. Also, i love salsa. So i guess i'm biased.

Walden Farms makes a large variety of 'cal free' condiments. They don't taste like the real thing, but I LOVE them when dieting.

Franks Red Hot.
0 cals.
