Alright Im 17, I dont want to hear your too young to supplement (which I'm not, im entering my prime).
So I have a diet already fixed out and I go to the gym 5 days a week for about 2-2 1/2 Hours. I'm already seeing huge increases, I added in my supplements what do you think?

Protein (On-top of regular food)-
40g Morning
40g Lunch
35g Mid-Day
40g at Night

Creatine
10g a day

Endothil-Cr
1 tablet a day

On work out days (I've been using this and I think its absolutely amazing, It might also be placebo but it works for me)
Muscle Milk - Fast Twitch: gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2134227&cp=&sr=1&origkw=fast+twitch&kw=fast+twitch&parentPage=search

What do you guys think? I've had no adverse effects thus far and I just wana check with people who know there stuff, Is the Endothil safe with everything else, I heard it is, but I just wana double check.

Don't ask for help if your going to act cocky. Your not entering your prime, your only 17. Why are you taking so much creatine? What's your height, age, weight, and years of experience.

there is no reason to be cocky, its not going to make a difference. if you want help, lose the attitude.

Why would you be too young to supplement with food anyways? Protein and creatine? Go ahead, no need for that much creatine though, try 5g.

You shouldn't need to be supplementing with that much protein. 145g of protein everyday from protein? What else are you eating?

Also, I agree that you don't that much creatine. 5g a day is enough, you're taking 10g and another 3.5 in the Fast Twitch stuff.

I think you should revamp yoru routine if you're spending 10-12 hours in the gym every week.
What does a typical day look like in terms of food?

Food, food, and adequate rest at your age my friend.

working too hard for that long will throw your system into a catabolic state (i.e. producing cortisol and stress hormones) so just be careful, it will work initially because the training is something new to your body but i tend to be in and out in and hour to hour and fifteen minutes tops (minimal rest) but that's just my two cents. Thats a really good chunk of protein to have on top of regular food too...I've been selling the endothil at GNC since its release and it hasnt been very popular, but if you like it and its not giving you problems then just keep it up
