My question is how many calories, protein, fats and carbs do you guys take in daily. Also add your height, weight, and if you are looking to gain weight or lose weight with the amount of totals you are taking in.

I'm just curious as to how much people take in daily.

Also if you are cutting and know how much you take in when bulking, please share, and vice versa.

5'10", 204 lbs., trying to lose fat. Five days of the week I take in around 2400 calories, 180g protein, 240g carbs, 80g fat (30/40/30), and twice a week I refeed and take in 4000 calories, 180g protein, 700g carbs, 40g fat.

ive been around 2500 to 3000 low fat med carb and high protein
not sure of the actual grams on them I just try to get close enough to count

5'10" 215 lbs. (down from 220) at around 13% bodyfat

Trying to cut up, but I don't count calories or anything. I like to keep protein high, carbs moderate, fat low. I do cardio 4 times a week. I'm shedding the fat slowly. Goal is 8% at 200-205 lbs for the summer.

5'11", 225 lbs. around 11% body fat, just trying to get big, but i am taking a class right now that counts our calories on the computer, i usually end up around 4500 calories a day. i think that is a little high... but i love food!!! my goal is to get a certain size goal, but over the summer i will start cutting, plus i am slowly adding in more cardio each week. maybe replace burger king with something like more tuna and water, but probably not...

right now i am not counting cals due to time constraints, but meals instead. I am trying to bulk as lean as possible. Thus i prepare a number of meals and am eating 5/day right now, if i think i am gaining to fast (say more than 5 lb /month) then i will drop a meal. If i am getting nowhere i will add a meal. Right now i am gaining at a reasonable pace.

The type of meal depends on the timing. Eating high carbs/low fat post workout in the form of a plateful of jasmine white rice with a protein/creatine shake. The rest of the day i am eating isocaloric type meals with low gi carbs. Protein is around 180g/day

5'10, 165, about 10% body fat. I take in around 2000-2100 calories a day, I'm cutting BTW. I take in about 250g of protein, 100g of fat, 50g of carbs (oatmeal post workout, and green veggies for fiber).

2600 calories
300g protein
175g carbs
70g fat - mostly EFAs(flaxseed oil, nuts)

im 6'4 185 lbs i take in about 200 grams of protein. 60 grams of fat. 300 carbs. sometimes a bit more, sometime a bit less

5'10", 192 lbs - Still gaining.
Usually around 275-300g of protein, 200+g of carbs, 50-70g of fat (from nuts, and flax oil), and usually around 2500 + calories.

5'7" 212 lbs and cutting. I have a lot of fat to loose. 6 meals a day around 2100-2300 calories. 40% Protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat. I sometimes end up with a little more protein than carbs.

I just kinda eat. I have been getting 3-4 meals/day that have beef as the protein source recently.

200lbs - 5'11" - 275g of protein, 175g carbs, fat ??? but low... was cutting up but now trying to put a couple pounds back on.
