Below is my usual meal schedule and my workout info. I'm currently taking 3 Nitrean shakes per day with 8oz of non-fat milk (about 50g of protein per shake)...........I was wondering if I'm taking TOO MUCH PROTEIN with the Nitrean shakes? Will this cause me to gain weight? I'm looking to cut up guys, please help.

I'm 28 years old, 167lbs, 20%body fat.
I'm eating six meals a day...here's a sample of a daily meal routine:

8am: 6 egg whites, one slice whole wheat toast, 16 oz water
10am: Nitrean Protein shake with 1 tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter
12:30pm: Chicken breast with vegetables, water
3pm: Can of tuna with non-fat mayo and lettuce mixed in, water
4:445pm: Nitrean Pre-workout shake
6pm-7pm: Workout
7:15pm: Grilled Salmon with vegetables, water
10:30pm: Nitrean ebdtime shake

I workout 5 times a week. I do one body part per workout. After every workout I do low intensity cardio (basically a fast powerwalk on the treadmill for 20min. The only day I skip the cardio is when I do legs)

I'm looking to reduce my bodyfat to at least 10%. Following this diet and workout schedule, how long do you guys think it will take for me to get down to 10%?

Question.......I eat dinner right after my workout instead of taking a postworkout shake....would I benefit more from taking the shake right after my workout or am I fine with eating dinner right after I finish working out?

Thanks!!!

that's about as often as I take them myself. Since solid food in the am makes me sick..i'll take a shake..eat up to post workout then have another shake...then eat til bedtime and take another shake before bed. I woul'dnt suggest more than that though and make sure your FOOD is giving you more than your shakes are. I would move your nitrean shake to POST workout instead of before and eat something smaller before your workout so you can utilize the protien in the shake better than you could before hand imho. The idea is that there's a window of opportunity for better protien usage imediately after up to 30 minutes post workout. Meal plan looks pretty solid though.

i would do what you're doing as you are but have a meal before workouts, post workout shake instead of pre workout, then dinner, then a shake before bed.
